One Parallel Universe Theory
For every decision/choice you make, there is a parallel universe branching off, experiencing the decision/choice you DIDN’T follow.
Using the letter “Y” as an example: you start at the bottom of the stem of the “Y”; you come to a fork in the road, make a choice…and (for this example) you follow the path that goes to the right. So nothing happened at the left branch of the “Y”, right?
One theory says “wrong!” The left branch spurred the other choice to be followed in a parallel universe.
Some believe this entails each choice made daily (which is what I usually use for an example) – I believe that it is the major choices in our life that create these parallel universes.
What are your thoughts on this?

“Mystical Traveler” – Sylvia Browne
“Mystical Traveler: How to Advance to a Higher Level of Spirituality”, Sylvia Browne. © 2008, Hay House. ISBN 978-1-4019-1861-3.
This is the second of the two books I said I wanted to do a light review on – the first having been “Spiritual Connections” – by Sylvia Browne.
This book, though touches on Mission Life entities, is about the role of the Mystical Traveler.
For me, the title of this book had called to me – and if it calls to you, you just may want to go ahead and read it.
Sylvia again, verbatim, lists the 47 Life Themes in “Mystical Traveler”; she suggested that Mystical Travelers usually (but not always) falls into one of the following Life Theme Categories: “Caretakers, Cause Fighters, Healers, Humanitarians, Prophets or Psychics, or Rescuers.” However, she did inform the reader that having one of these Life Themes does not mean you are a Mystical Traveler.
Browne discussed some traits, and qualities of the Mystical Traveler – as well as the how and why.
I won’t say anymore, except: this book was very interesting and I recommend it, for those to whom it calls, for all levels of readers.
See In The Dark
I was thinking about how, as a child (and a sensitive), I was afraid of the dark, but was too proud to have a nightlight.
Born out of that fear of the unknown, I discovered the ability to see with my eyes closed. The dark no longer scared me.
Well, as you probably know by now, those thoughts led to more thoughts:
Many of us call ourselves “Lightworkers”; so the flip side of this could be those who call themselves “Darkworkers”, right? The answer is “yes”.
Newton’s Third Law of Motion states: “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
Where we (the “Lightworkers”) emphasize working in, living in, staying in the Light and helping others by using the Light – the “Darkworkers” strive for themselves – their power, their gain, their satisfaction, etc.
Those who walk the dark path can range from serial killers/psychopaths to the smooth talkers (who can make the dark sound lucrative, attractive and just plain harmless), with varying degrees between the two.
Even though I personally do not approve of dark work – it is, unfortunately, a necessary requirement for the physical experiences and living on third dimension earth. If there is no polarity, we cannot learn.
I am NOT saying you need to embrace the dark! I AM saying, do not fear!
Newton’s First Law of Motion states: “Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it.”
Yeah, it sucks crunchy peanut butter.
Many people right now feel they are in the dark, without a nightlight. Do not cave in, or be seduced by, the dark. Please do know this: as you stand in the Light, darkness is only temporary, and we ARE still moving forward.
(Symbolically) Closer your eyes, see in the dark, and fear no more.

“The Psychic Healing Book”- A. Wallace and B. Henkin
“The Psychic Healing Book”, Amy Wallace and Bill Henkin. (c) 1978, Wingbow Press Books. ISBN 0-914728-34-2.
Wallace and Henkin present a lot of information, tips and exercises in this book.
Maintaining the belief that everyone has the potential, they cover beginners through more advanced practitioners.
The need for centering and grounding prior to working (doing energy work) is emphasized. They do not, however, address shielding (overall protection).
Some topics covered are healing and psychic readings, with advanced chapters on both.
My favorite chapter was “Why Do People Get Sick?”. Henkin and Wallace provides insights on the benefits those who are ill and do not want to get better; they discuss some reasons why people get sick; and provide information about those you shouldn’t work on – and why.
Pretty interesting book, with some exercises I had never done before.
I recommend this book for all levels.
Lightworker’s Syndrome
We are all feeling the effects of time speeding up. We are tired, irritable, worried, stressed and sometimes don’t know if we are coming or going.
And we are tired of watching others around us be greedy, angry, selfish, harming others and themselves, and in general, all the negativity humans are creating.
I think of this as “light-workers syndrome”. (Not a medical condition – just my term).
There was a time when I was angry at the world – how can people NOT see what they are doing to each other, the animals and the earth. I was angry at the ignorance, blindness and lack of caring and compassion. Why can’t they see? Why can’t everyone be more like me!!!?Yep, “light-workers syndrome”; somewhere, sometime, I had lost compassion.
After a very difficult period in my family’s life, I felt completely wrung out. Caring was beginning to hurt too much.
My doctor told me that if I didn’t do something drastic immediately, my heart was going to become a painful and major problem for me – it was in bad trouble. I was in trouble.
I hit the bottom of the emotional barrel, and wanted to turn my back on the world and walk away. No more.
I withdrew, went within and became quiet. I needed to change. I needed to heal. I was becoming what so irritated me with others.
Then it hit me. Who was I to tell someone else how to live their life? Who was I to judge someone else? What right did I have to want others to feel and experience like me? Who did I think I was?!
I was judging others and I had no right.
Everyone is exactly where they need to be at that exact moment. I had to work through my life lessons, and everyone else has to work through theirs.
With that realization, came an inner peace. I fought against it at first; it wasn’t my most recent “norm”. I kept reminding myself that everyone has the right to ‘be’, without my interference.
As hard as it was in the beginning, I let others ‘be’. I didn’t butt in; didn’t offer a “better way of doing”; I sat, watched, prayed, and waited.
And you know what? The world didn’t fall apart!
My healing had begun.
For those experiencing “light-workers syndrome”, I can share with you what I did to start re-balancing myself. Maybe it will help you too.
I began with doing something physical; something that required physical activity and concentration, preferably something outside (to have closer contact with Mother Earth). Some ideas may be: gardening; hiking; walking; or playing ball with the dog.
After that, I shielded. (Removed negativity attached to me and/or my energy field; bubble in bright white light and affirm it).
Then I visualized a column of bright white light coming down into the top of my head, and continuing down my body; down through both legs; out of the bottom of my feet and drove the white light deep into the earth. I was then connected to the higher aspects AND grounded; balanced.
And I allowed, and continue to allow, others to ‘be’ and work through their life lessons; to experience and to grow.
And I wish every human happiness, balance and peace.

“Spiritual Connections” – S. Browne
“Spiritual Connections”, Sylvia Browne. © 2007. Hay House. ISBN 978-1-4019-0881-2.
I know I said I wasn’t going to review Browne’s books because of the sheer number of them – however, there are two that I do want to touch on briefly. “Spiritual Connections” is the first one.
In this book, Sylvia addresses different relationships in our lives – the good and the bad.
But, also in “Spiritual Connections”, she gives brief descriptions of what she coins “47 Themes”, spanning from A-W. Some of these themes are: “Activator, Caretaker, Catalyst, Controller, Victimizer, Warrior, Loser,” etc. And she goes into what challenges your life theme, and the life themes of those in your life, can present.
For me, this book helped me to better understand relationships around me.
I appreciated this book and recommend it for all.
