Barbara Lane did a great job with providing sixteen chapters dedicated to hints to discovering your past lives. Each chapter also includes a list of thought provoking questions to aid the reader in their quest.She also provides other people’s experiences as examples.

At the end of the book, Lane gives an outline chart and example charts. These are given to help the reader to map out their own past lives.I know this is a really short review – but I don’t want to go any further – I want you to enjoy the path she takes you on.

This book is good for anyone interested in discovering their past lives.
