Shadow Matter & Psychic Phenomena by G. Wasserman
“Shadow Matter & Psychic Phenomena”, Gerhard D. Wasserman, PhD, FIMA. © 1993, Mandrake of Oxford. ISBN# 1869928326.
Gerhard proposed that we each have a physical body and a shadow matter body – and it is the shadow matter body that is the part of us that leaves our physical body for OBE’s, etc.
Gerhard’s thoughts on shadow matter can offer alternate explanations for psi phenomena, such as telepathy, apparitions, etc.
Wasserman went into: neurons, photons, electrons, etc. and their counter-shadow parts.
He also used case studies to present his theories.
This was an interesting book.
My Temporary Home
An explosion of color
from earth’s palette;
its artist created
beautiful elaborate
painted landscapes.
Steeped in history,
both honorific and horrible;
past and present co-existing.
Teaching and learning.
Arizonians cactus-tough,
earth-wise; yet, gentle
and giving people.
The legacy of the
Southwest civilization.
The sun striking -
drying, reddening, heat.
Cool evenings caressing -
healing sun’s harshness.
Never ending cycle.
The heavy rains come,
virtually drowning all
in it’s path.
Atoning for it’s year
long absence?
The nighttime winds
lull you to sleep;
then re-arrange your
outside furniture for a
morning surprise.
And I, but a visitor,
enjoying the grace and
harsh elegance of such
a beautiful world
unto itself.

The Law of the Garbage Truck
One day, I hopped into a taxi and took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly, a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed the brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. I mean, was really friendly. So I asked, “Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!”
This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, ‘The Law of the Garbage Truck’. He explained, “Many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they’ll dump it on you. NEVER take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on with the routine life.”
Don’t take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home or on the streets. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day. Life’s too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so…… ‘Love the people who treat you right.. Pray for the ones who don’t.’

GateKeeper
GateKeeper, GateKeeper,
guardian of the door -
Let me pass through -
back to Nevermore.
Keeper of the Secrets
lend me the key.
I need to find, to know -
the real me.
Time Master, set me
free – let me go -
to fly ‘twixt and ‘tween -
forever flow.
Master of self -
both low and high -
All of the above is
simply in “I”!

Melody Of War
CAUTION: DISTURBING CONTENT!
The conductor’s hands work feverishly
as more components blend into the
hideous melody. Slowly, the
crescendo builds.
As it does, the cloud forms
over the earth, waiting…
Waiting for the note to signify
the apex of the concerto — where “it”
can strike the final chord.
When “its” chord is struck,
the unearthly wails of tortured
human minds and souls begin
their chorus.
Mutilated and mutated
bodies dance; the grotesque steps
become more staggered and
jumbled, until the music is no more.
And life ends
as we knew it….
So…this is war.

I had just finished reading an article in a veteran’s magazine about the atomic bombs – this verbal picture painted itself in my mind. (I often see what others are saying or writing.) I was told my guides wanted me to understand today’s type of war. Sad and disturbing.

Planet Earth
Stars shining bright
eternally optomistic -
or perhaps uncaring -
twinkling incessently.
Waves bashing
to and fro -
never tiring -
sometimes with vengence.
Sun spreading heat -
rays seek all.
Growth and death
rolled into one.
Moon waxing and waning,
month after month.
Not knowing it’s
power held over earth.
Wind, gentle and strong.
In tempermental fits
of caressing and
twisted destruction.
Man cannot change these
to fit him.
