Las Cruces ‘Undefined Reality’ Classes Offered
These prices are for classes, not individual instruction. Classes must have a minimum of 4 pre-registrants or will be cancelled. Contact Jan Toomer to pre-register for her classes; contact Tracy Gohrick to pre-register for her classes.
There is limited seating in each class; there is no “at door” or “walk-in” registration.
Seating in each class is limited, first reserved- first serve.

We will have discussions as well as hands on exercises providing participants an opportunity to work on re-establishing conscious connection to self and internal dialoging while beginning the process of “listening” and/or “seeing” the information from an item or picture you touch or focus on.

EXPLORING BEYOND SERIES
Ghost Crossings: Soul Release and Property Cleansing. Consists of six classes, 2 hours each.
With the dimension barriers thinning/collapsing, more people are beginning to experience “haunting” symptoms – so it is important now, more than ever in the past, to know how to help both the physical beings and the non-physical beings.
This class is for those who already sense, see (or “see”), hear, know and/or feel (also known as “sensitives”) those who are not on this dimension (including ghosts).
We will discuss property/house reading and cleansing; will touch on how to do a ghost investigation with emphasis on being a sensitive and assisting those who are stuck – and are ready – to cross over.
This course has absorbed the “Spirit Sensitivity” short course.

REALITY NOW SERIES
Intuitive Healing – Consists of three classes, 2 hours each. Prerequisite – Reiki 1 – Students must bring copy of their Reiki 1 completion certificate to first class. No exceptions.
In this class we will go over visualization in intuitive healing and continue practicing scanning and Reiki. The instructor will provide her techniques and discuss how to develop your own. We will participate in taking turns practicing on classmates. Certificate of completion.

Animal Reiki: Domestic and Wild – Consists of two classes, 2 hours each. Prerequisite – Reiki 1 – Students must bring copy of their Reiki 1 completion certificate to first class. No exceptions.
Animals seem to really enjoy Reiki sessions – we will go over: safety of working with animals; a no-hands approach; signals animals use to let you know that are accepting Reiki and when they are done, and more! Certificate of completion.

REALITY UNDEFINED SERIES
Spirit Sensitivity - Is Now Included In “GHOST CROSSINGS: SOUL RELEASE AND PROPERTY CLEANSING” Class
Consists of two classes, 2 hours each (class hours subject to change). Prerequisites: None.
Many people are clairvoyant – they have the ability to see that which is not physically present – and don’t know what to do with this ability. In this class we will discuss shielding, communicating with those you see, different types of ‘hauntings’, some visualization techniques to help willing earthbounds to cross over, and more! This class is also recommended for parents of children who are clairvoyant; it is not recommended for those who wish to quit seeing (though boundaries will be discussed in this course). Note: some repeated material for those who have taken “Undefined Reality”.
Is Now Included In “GHOST CROSSINGS: SOUL RELEASE AND PROPERTY CLEANSING” Class
Basic Undefined Reality – Consists of four classes, 2 hours each.
This course will help you build a foundation for understanding the metaphysical. Some of what we will touch on: basic terminology, shielding, energy, colors and aura, chakras, psychometry and a touch of healing. These classes do include at-home exercises (not mandatory), in-class hands-on exercises and time for Q&A. Certificate.
This course must be completed to take ‘Undefined Reality’ Course.

Undefined Reality – Consists of eight classes, 2 hours each. Prerequisite: Basic Undefined Reality.
Undefined Reality is more in-depth, with a wider range of topics. Some topics which may be discussed in class are: fear, dreams, symbology, animal communication, and past lives. Classes do include at-home exercises (not mandatory), in-class hands-on exercises and time for Q&A. Certificate of completion.

Clearing Up the Crap: Finding Joy in Everyday Life – Consists of three classes, 2 hours each.
This is one of the most popular classes!
Our thoughts – whether freshly formed thoughts, memories or beliefs, etc. – are all energy. We are each energy, so we carry our thoughts (regardless of what kind) with us – which can create energy baggage. When we carry energy baggage, we often are too bogged down to see the joy that is around us daily.
In “Clearing Up the Crap: Finding Joy in Everyday Life” we will each take a look at our depreciating self-talk; being a victim; healing the past and more! Certificate of Completion.

Life Before, During and After Being a Human – Consists of three classes, 2 hours each (class hours subject to change). Recommended : completion of Basic Undefined Reality and Undefined Reality courses.
This course contains my perceptions, my understanding of human’s pre-life, life, death and crossing over as I have seen and learned from communicating with those on the other side.

Becoming Invisible
In the past, when I realize that retrograde is upon us, it offered me a kind of “heads up” and, as long as I walked most humbly with deep respect, it wouldn’t touch me. It could be a special time of validation. I love validations!
Perhaps it is a “Sign of the Times” at this particular time in our evolution, but I am watching people, situations and the like, crumple before my eyes.
The passing of Jan’s daughter touched us all in a very deep way. I have learned of two more people that have chosen to leave this earth plane in the same way. Also, perfectly healthy people and bam, there gone.
The energy is zapping everyone in the most unusual ways. I am finding myself unable to even talk to people, it’s just too draining. If I were to explain an event, or something going on, by the time I finish describing something, it’s changed. I feel as though I am living in two worlds at once and both have very different vibrations.
The great thing about it is that when you can recognize what is happening, no matter how uncomfortable it may seem, your higher self is feeling excited about the change, and confused with the surroundings.
My grandson is living with me and suddenly it seems like he is challenging me at every turn. I feel as if I am under a magnifying glass, and many people close to me are just watching, and wondering how I am going to handle different scenarios. I don’t seem to have the answers to the different solutions, however, I do have the answers that don’t work, as they no longer apply.
My daughter, also my grandson’s mother is visiting us. Together, we are trying to make right choices with the very limited time that we have. The stress alone most certainly promises wrong solutions. But we are pushing forward anyway, knowing full well that there is a bigger picture and all will be fine.
The phrase “effortless effort” comes to mind, and I realize that no matter what happens. it’s all in Gods hands. It dawned on me that the reason that I can’t seem to be gaining any ground is because I’m fighting the current trying to figure it all out. Old ways to solutions are indeed in the past now. I am convinced now that it is time to mount up in our new armor. I needed to stop trying to fix it all the old fashioned way. I won’t fit.
For right now at this time, my conclusion is to take the leap off that cliff, into the new. Let yesterday’s and today’s problems be healed with the new . If we stay focused on where we are going and who we are becoming, then we become invisible to the old and it can’t affect us.

Unexpected Lesson in Gratitude
Have you thought about the people in your life? Your spouse or loved one; child or children and friends? Are you ever grateful to have them in your life?
How about the people you loathed, detested, disliked? Yep, the people you don’t (or didn’t) like.
The ones who were mean to you; hurt you; abused you; bullied you, etc. Have you ever been grateful about having had them in your life?
By now you’re either calling me nuts (or other not so pleasant names) – or I have piqued your interest.
When I was younger, I attended a parenting class. One of our first homework assignments was to go home and write all of the parenting skills we had learned from our parents.
I began stewing within.
The next class, when it was time to turn in our home assignments, I handed the instructor a sheet of paper with my name on it; nothing else.
The instructor looked at me – eyebrows raised – and the unspoken question hung between us.
I defiantly said, “My father traveled, so parenting was left to my mother.”
The instructor waited – so I continued, “There’s not one parenting skill she passed on to me.” There, I said it!
She smiled and said how lucky I was.
My jaw dropped; she continued, “So you are telling me that she taught you what NOT to do. You are so lucky.”
I was dumbstruck….and she was right!
After that, I began looking back over my life. Since I had worked hard to find the positive from situations in my life, shouldn’t I have included the people I didn’t like and the situations intertwined with those people?
The answer was yes.
I objectively looked back and saw that I gained much from those encounters.
I then silently thanked each individual for providing me those hard, but definitely worthwhile, life lessons.
I really am a better ‘me’ because of what they each taught me; I am grateful to have had them in my life.
I am who I am today because of all of the experiences with all of the people and situations in my life up to this point.
Yes, I am grateful.

Mercury Going Retrograde
Mercury is going retrograde until May 30th. What does this mean? It is the only aspect of astrology I really get!
Mercury going retrograde means communications may go a bit screwy – including the communication methods (phones, computers, mail, etc) as well as being misunderstood and misunderstanding others.
It’s really not a good idea to start new contracts during these phases – they may go screwy too.
And let’s not forget the mechanical or electronics…yes, they may go wonky too.
Oh, and lest I forget – some may feel clumsy, frustrate easily, feel a bit ‘off-kilt’.
My recommendations? Find laughter; create laughter; laugh off the frustration. Keep it light! And remember…this too shall pass!
