Hi Kelly!
I am so glad shielding helped you!

Yes, did my first radio interview - was as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs! *grin* - Keith at KSNM 570AM was easy to talk to and asked some great questions. After I started talking with him, I relaxed and really enjoyed myself. Thanks for listening! :)

Thanks Jan,
I like to call the build up of emotions a "jam" because that's the way it used to feel, pressurized, before you taught me shielding. I still get the "jam" at times and it serves as a reminder that I forgot to sheild more than once a today. Now the "jam" is easily wiped away with the "all negativity is leaving" part of sheilding exercise. I thank you for the gift of sheilding. Also, caught your radio show interview yesterday. It was a Very, Very AWSOME job at getting out the word on your classes.

Wonderful article and very accurate. Holidays always seem to be a time of high emotion like what was mentioned here.
People tend to take events close to holidays and associate them with the holidays as well.

I believe this was a well timed article and may help many people.
