I still get the "jam" at times and it serves as a reminder that I forgot to sheild more than once a today. Now the "jam" is easily wiped away with the "all negativity is leaving" part of sheilding exercise. I thank you for the gift of sheilding. Also, caught your radio show interview yesterday. It was a Very, Very AWSOME job at getting out the word on your classes. Thanks Jan,

Holidays always seem to be a time of high emotion like what was mentioned here. People tend to take events close to holidays and associate them with the holidays as well.
