Guides Available to Us

Something occurred last night that is a rarity for me. I had nightmares. Not just one. I’d get out of one only to find myself in a different one.

I was aware that my body was resting and that I was having nightmares. Even with this awareness, the nightmares continued. But, more on this later.

Various Guides Available to Us

Most view guides as someone on the other side who aids us on our Earth journey. It can be guardian angels, angels, guides (aka team or team members), loved ones, etc.

But it can also be a human, who is still living, who can act as a guide. It can be someone you consciously know, or not.

Bi-Location

Though in the past this was not commonly discussed, a person bi-locating can be seen, and physically interact, at two places at the same time. One place could be work or home (somewhere where the person can be on auto-pilot); the second place would be with someone in distress. And yes, it can and does happen…it’s not just a legend or myth.

Passing Through or the Inadvertent Guide

We each can be a physical guide to another physical person, whether we know them or not, even if it’s inadvertent and/or only in passing.

A brief conversation in the store while you are perusing the items on the shelves.

A stranger walks up and beings talking about their troubles. Then they may get embarrassed, apologize and hurry away. You usually don’t have to verbally say anything to them, or say very little.

In that brief exchange – while you are mentally scratching your head, trying to figure out why that person was venting their woes at you – please realize that your higher self was more than likely aiding them during their venting.

An inadvertent guide could be someone at the right place at the right time to aid you – or you to aid them.

What you are doing on a spiritual level could be as simple as your higher self works to adjust their energy. You may never know for sure, but your higher self does help others.

A warm smile, kind word, or a kind gesture can change – or even save – a life.

Dreamwalkers

Lucid dreamers are sometimes referred to as Dreamwalkers. Lucid dreamers are aware they are dreaming, and oftentimes can manipulate the dream.

Dreamwalkers can enter other people’s dream and aid or assist them. Dreamwalkers are not always aware of being in another person’s dream, but the dreamer is usually aware of them being there.

How Does Any of Type of Guide Know When to Show Up?

Whether the guide – in any form – remembers what they assisted with or not, it began with a call.

Any person in distress – in dream or awake – has the right to ask for help. When they do this, a call goes out.

A person or being who resonates with that call (one who has the abilities needed and hears the call) will respond.

Not All Dreams are the Same

Some dreams are not the subconscious working things out. Some dreams are really astral, or out-of-body experiences that are being represented as dreams to the conscious mind. This is the mind’s way of trying to make third dimensional sense of the experience, and present it to the conscious mind in an acceptable third dimensional way.

In other words, they are out of body work or experiences.

It’s Not Always About the Dreams

Okay, back to the nightmares.

I had three people – friends – pop in to aid me last night. Each friend helped bring an end to a nightmare.

The first one came — in the first nightmare – as a soothing, calming energy; a gentle breeze that swept around me, taking chaos and leaving peace, nurturing, and calm Mother Earth energy.

The second nightmare brought another person. This one was tall and strong; letting me know she was there to help me kick butt if needed – and laugh and have fun while we’re doing it.

The third was a person, I believe, I hadn’t seen in well over a year. A no nonsense energy with gentle support.

I know the nightmares themselves were not the experience message (though they were purging some really old stuck energies).

This experience excited me because I got to see some friends in their Dreamwalker state, and was happy they aided me. This was a treat, and a blessing, for me.

Thank you all for that.

In Closing

Remember that we can have a human as a guide to help us in our awake or dream experiences.

And that means you can be a guide and/or Dreamwalker for another in need.

Energy Update – December 8, 2014

These energy downloads (upgrades or shifts) are affecting us all the way down to our physical.

To use a very third dimensional analogy: Cars from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s used leaded fuel.

As the vehicles progressed, the fuel needed to be changed to be of use to the newer vehicle system: unleaded fuel, alternative fuel, electricity.

Many of us are feeling as if we can’t seem to get enough sleep, even if we are able to sleep through the night; as if exhaustion has become the new “norm”.

Just as discussed before, the energy being sent to Mother Earth and her inhabitants is intense. It is tiring to our physical and mental selves. Please, if you need, go to bed a bit earlier to aid your body in recharging from working so hard.

Some are also experiencing:

  • Severe or drastic changes in their dietary intake.
  • Others emotions are hitting some harder than ever.
  • Dreams are more vibrant, intense and/or bizarre than earlier this year.
  • Becoming downright cranky about drama trying to enter their life.
  • Numbness, lethargy, unconcerned, disconnected with the world outside of one’s own home (or office).

Dietary

I have been hearing from others, as well as experiencing it myself, of how their bodies are – in essence – rebelling against “made” or “processed” foods. The body is demanding more natural, non-GMO, pesticide-free foods.

Some are suddenly experiencing digestive issues with foods they have eaten their whole life, especially with beef.

Some have also seemed to have developed allergies to foods they used to be able to eat.

We are working on helping to support these new energies that we are incorporating into our being by supplying the body with less polluted “fuel”.

Emotional Roller-Coaster

Others emotions, be it in person, television, or theater, are hitting some much harder than ever before.

I’ve written before how we are working towards regaining our telepathic communication skills.

Telepathy is a more freeing communication…words are so very limiting. Telepathy is the ability to communicate through emotions, feelings, and mind-pictures.

Because we are stepping away from third dimension and fourth dimension, we are becoming more aware of others emotions, and in some cases, their thoughts.

This is why I had said previously that it is very important for you to know your thoughts and your emotions intimately, so you are able to discern what is yours and what is someone else’s emotions or thoughts.

Dreams

I love dreaming. For me, it is my subconscious running amok and unfettered. Thankfully, my subconscious is pretty happy, so nightmares are of the distant past. *grin*

There are many different types of dreams (some listed here – Dreams).  The dreams of late – for quite a few – are fantastical, weird, or downright bizarre.

We have been blessed with experiences in the third dimension, fourth dimension (our manifestation practice phase) and now dabbling in the fifth dimension (thought manifests into reality almost instantaneously).

But many of us are here from dimensions beyond the fifth, so we can add those into the mix…and we did.

Our dreams are reflections of: our subconscious thoughts (which can include problem-solving); our trainings or schooling from our team (guides) and our higher self; our out-of-body and/or astral travels, etc.

However, our brains / subconscious often draw on each individuals current life experiences.

Remember how I said words are limiting? Our brain is limited to using our own limiting vocabulary, as well as our own personal experiences, to give our conscious minds a translation — of those trainings, schooling, out-of-body, astral travels, etc. – resulting in some rather vibrant, and perhaps bizarre, dreams.

Cranky

We have touched on this one briefly before; becoming less tolerant with unwanted drama around us or trying to include us.

We are each dealing with working on adapting to, and incorporating, each energy download, as well as juggling our daily lives, working on releasing any old and no longer belief systems, as well as discovering and incorporating new beliefs. There is also dealing with jobs, kids, relationships, etc.

No wonder we are cranky about not wanting other people’s drama-crap in our lives.

No Oomph!

Lethargy, numbness, no drive, no oomph, etc. I feel, for me, that this has to do with the exhaustion and everything we are experiencing.

While writing this, a thought popped in. It’s not “written in stone”, but I am thinking it’s worth exploration.

First, I refer back to the exhaustion segment and once again say…if you need to go to bed a bit earlier to give your body more recharging time, then please do.

Secondly – and this is the one that just popped in — if you aren’t actively sitting and meditating daily (am raising my hand here), perhaps this is a “highly recommended” sit still and in the now moment…you know, encouraging one to sit still. Again, not written in stone, but I think worth trying and see if the lethargy disappears.

If you try this, please let me know how it went.

The second half of this section was feeling disconnected with anything outside of one’s own home (and/or work).

My take on this is we are so busy adapting to the new energy downloads, working on our beliefs, etc. not to mention making our own creation / reality, that we aren’t craving or wanting others drama-crap in our energy or life. In other words, we don’t want to play in others muck.

In Closing

Monitoring what your mind and body are telling you is key.

If you’ve a negative reaction to a food or ingredient, perhaps it needs to be removed from your diet.

Also, know what it yours and what is not.

Know what creates harmony or balance in your life and what doesn’t. If something is not harmonious in your life, does it need healing to rebalance, or is it time to walk away? (Act responsibly, please.)

The Dream Book by Betty Bethards

The Dream Book: Symbols for Self Understanding by Betty Bethards. (original © 1983) this edition, © 2009, NewCentury Publisher. ISBN 978-0-967-9790-1-4.

I usually shy away from dream dictionaries since I feel that each person’s symbology, on the whole, is unique to them. For example: your life experiences with a black cat will differ from my experiences with a black cat – therefore, we each would have different meanings/feelings/experiences with a black cat.

Less than half of this book discusses dreaming, and is done in a clear, easy to understand manner.

The rest of the book is the dream dictionary. I was pleasantly surprised by this part of the book; Bethards, I believe, did a great job on the generalized explanations and I feel this can benefit the reader.

I recommend this book for all.

Dreams

I adore dreams. Dreams take us places, help us with problems, can point to some areas in our lives that need changing, humor us, and sometimes give us a scare. Our dreams serve us so many different ways.

We have problem solving dreams, stress relief dreams, fun dreams and nightmares. We can have past life dreams, astral travel ‘dreams’ (which we sometimes remember in dream form) or learning dreams.

Since learning dreams and astral dreams were addressed in a three part article, starting with ‘Coming and Going’,  I would like to share my thoughts here on the other (not all inclusive) types of dreams.

Nightmares
Can be (usually) one of two types – stress or fear dreams, and/or past life memories of an unpleasant experience.

Stress or fear dreams are normally triggered by a current situation or circumstance, and in some cases, be tied to a past life experience.

Past life traumas can show up in dreams as well.

Problem Solving
When someone says, “Let me sleep on it” – guess why? Once our ego-self is quieted for the night, we can often problem solve and may awaken in the morning with a “Eureka!” feeling, or perhaps with the beginning of a solution.

Fun Dreams
Frankly, I feel that I don’t have enough of these. How often have you awaken in the morning, chuckling from a dream? Or, better yet…your own laughter woke you up in the middle of the night?

These are my favorite dreams – they can be comical, light hearted nonsense dreams. These types of dreams remind us that we need to balance work with play. Laughter is very important to us – and raises our energy so much!

Insightful Dreams
Sometimes we become flustered with a person, situation or circumstance. When this happens to me, I often feel like something is missing…I don’t have all of the information.

Insightful dreams can present to you a different perspective, perhaps a dream of you seeing through the eyes of another.

Some insightful dreams can show you a ‘bigger picture’ than what you are currently seeing – such as showing you that more is going on, or involved, than you initially realized, and perhaps providing you additional information so that you can better understand.

I work hard to keep in mind that for every one story involving at least two people, there are two different perspectives; and those individual perspectives are colored by the life experiences of each individual, hence the saying, “There are two sides to every story”.

Premonitions
Some dreams show a possible future event, incident or occurrence. Sometimes we don’t remember the dream until the event, etc., begins to unfold – then we are smacked with a déjà vu’ feeling, or we may recall the dream.

I often recommend that everyone keep a dream journal. Each morning, stop and write down as much of the dream as you can remember (dreams often fade as the day progresses). Date each entry.  For premonition dreams, you can go back to when the dream occurred and add the date and information on the manifestation of that dream. This will also give you a possible time frame for how far in the future you are dreaming.

The same goes for dream interpretation; I once again recommend the dream journal. As time progresses, you can learn your own symbology and begin to unravel your symbolic dreams.
