As you begin to move into your new year, you are also moving into new energy.
It is time to honor the feminine energy and balance it with the male energy that you have lived in for so long.
It will take moving more into the feminine energy to stop all the warring.
The feminine energy is found when moving from head to heart. Some traits of feminine/heart energy:
- Compassion
- Gentleness
- Nurturing
- Firmness and assertiveness when needed (not aggressiveness or domination)
On possible exercise:
Sit quietly and visualize the yin – yang symbol within you – spinning gently and in perfect balance.
