April Brings New

Some have had a rough March, and perhaps thought that things would smooth out when March ended. Well…

I had, a long while back, recommended we all work hard to keep up with the increasing energy downloads, updates and/or shifts. We addressed staying in your own body (energetically); staying balanced and grounded; seek help if needed; healing and clearing your past, etc.

This past month has brought some emotional energies:

  • Weepy
  • Tender-hearted
  • Easily moved
  • Frustration
  • Appreciation
  • Connected feeling

And they are still with us. This energy is not going to go away. On top of becoming more of our true energetic selves, we are also becoming more empathic, and really need to keep ourselves balanced throughout this. If you have an imbalance, it will become exaggerated!

If shielding, grounding and working with your team is not keeping you balanced, please seek professional help! Ignoring it, waiting it out, or thinking it will pass is definitely not going to help…and it’s not going to pass.

What April Brings

April brings new – new growth, new experiences, new energies, new awarenesses, new opportunities.

Staying shielded, grounded and in your body should mean you’ll be able to concentrate on self and not on everyone else’s ups and downs (energetically absorbing others emotions).

All while deciding on what you want in your life during the remainder of Mercury Retrograde. When it goes direct, there may be a slingshot effect, launching you forward on the decisions you made in Retrograde.

If, however, you remain unbalanced and not grounded, you may find things getting more wonky for you, which may make you feel like you’ve no control over your life.

What Will You Be Experiencing Tomorrow?

If you were told that what you are thinking and/or dwelling on is setting the foundation for what you will experience tomorrow and the day after, would you change your thinking? Well, guess what? You might want to work on your thoughts.

Recommendations:

– Keep grounded, in your body and shielded.
– Work on self; get help if needed.
– For empaths: shield and then ask “is this my emotion or someone else’s?” OR “If this is not mind, please send it back. If this is mine, please balance it back out.”
– Take responsibility for your own thoughts, actions and words. This is a biggie!
