No Break

As you’ve discovered, the energies have not leveled out nor provided us a break. It is still intense, and still going strong.

So on top of what was shared last Energy Update on April 2nd , we’ve taken on more. You may be feeling like you’re juggling some things.

But Wait! There’s More!

Last update, we touched on how imbalances were being exaggerated…an in-your-face kind of way so that it can’t be ignored. This can be exhibited by your own imbalances demanding attention, such as having put off on taking care of yourself – and now it’s becoming impossible to ignore any ache, break, tear, persistent depression, manic emotions, etc.

We are also witnessing the exaggeration of other’s imbalances. People who we thought “had it all” or “had it all together” are going or have gone a wonky. Not wonky as in a personality quirk. Wonky as in making you pull back from that person; not wanting that unstable energy or behavior in your life.

There’s also those from your past resurfacing mentally or physically. Though we’ve worked on closing out our past (finished, or so we thought), some remained energetically unfinished.

Example: out of no where, I had an overwhelming desire to know how some kids I knew over a decade ago were doing. I did some light checking and all had their own growing families. That’s all I needed; they were fine. Energetically, the door closed. I didn’t need to physically see them.

There’s Still More

Have you noticed a change in your life? Perhaps like your thoughts are literally manifesting? Some are experiencing it within hours of their thoughts. Some a bit longer.

Please, please be mindful of what’s coming out of your mouth, what you are typing or writing, and where your thoughts go.

It also may feel like your own emotions have intensified. As our soul growth proceeds, we can find ourselves caught off guard by some rather intense emotion. These can stem from our own purges/releases or picking up on other people’s emotions. They can also be intensified because we are working on becoming less dense (energy-wise).

We are again being asked to monitor our food intake and how your foods are affecting us. Some may need to cut out some foods, either temporarily or permanently. Our body may be changing again.
