I watch patterns. They can show how we got where we are; they can show where we are more than likely heading; they can sometimes show us why something is occurring; and what one pattern is revealing is that privacy is not so private.
The Amazon shopping site makes recommendations to you using your searches and purchases you made within their site. I love this feature for books.
I noticed Facebook (FB) began making recommendations as well. They drew their recommendations for me from my interests on FB, and FB later added recommendations from my Amazon purchases.
Next, they added recommendations based on my Google searches, followed by my husband’s (who is not on FB) online purchases and searches.
This past week, while perusing my “Pages” (under “EXPLORE”) in the left hand column in my news feed, I discovered that FB has “liked” pages on my behalf – all based on my, and my husband’s Google searches, Amazon and other online purchases.
Although these pages had been “liked”, they do not appear in my news feed. This says sneaky and underhanded behavior to me.
Having said all this, I just discovered that not only is my Google and Amazon information being shared and exploited, but I made a purchase the day before at a local box store for something I’ve never researched or purchased before; within twenty-four hours, the company of the item I purchased showed up as a page “liked” in my FB account. So it is also my credit card purchase information that’s being shared and exploited.
FB is assuming I like something because I researched it or purchased it, and has taken it upon itself to “offer” and “recommend” like services, products or sites based on those assumptions.
It’s not that my information is known that bothers me. What bothers me is the underhanded way some are utilizing my information.
What’s the purpose of this behavior? Targeted sales. To show us more of what we may have been interested in so to tempt us to buy more, more, more.
What’s all this got to do with spiritual growth, energy work, etc.?
At lot, and it’s in the patterns.
Remember the articles about:
– that which was hidden will now be shown/exposed?
– that we’ve begun training in telepathy?
As our energy continues to rise as we each work on our soul’s growth, we see and experience the truths that we are all connected and that everything is energy.
Well, full exposure (though the mega businesses do it to exploit; to get people to spend more money) on Earth is another step towards us understanding nothing will be hidden.
No privacy mean no lies, deceptions, etc. will remain hidden.
As in heaven, so too on Earth. As above, so below. Outside of Earth; outside of negativity – there is respect for others energy/thoughts, and there is no place to hide negative behavior/energy. This is what we are preparing for.
Does this mean it makes the earthly underhandedness acceptable? No. Full disclosure is what we need on the Earthly plane; not deception.
